Lecture one of Lingshan Forum: how to run a forum well?

Xie Wei, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Nansha Development Zone in Guangzhou, said that holding the Lingshan Forum is of great significance for promoting the deep integration of science and technology and local industries, and shaping the signboard of the Greater Bay Area Science Forum.

Zhong Hui, director of the Media Affairs Department of Boao Forum for Asia, shared the experience and practices of the Boao Forum for Asia toward success.
She said that there are three aspects for holding the forum well: take service as a guide; expand the benefits of all parties based on national strategies; and stick to internationalization.

Qin Xiaopeng, an expert on large-scale foreign-related events, gave a report on guest reception, media center operation and other aspects based on his experience in participating in events such as the the Belt and Road International Cooperation Summit Forum and G20 Hangzhou Summit.

Yang Yonghua, director of Nansha district finance bureau of Guangzhou, said that the Great Bay Area Science Forum could learn from the successful experience of the Boao Forum for Asia and better serve the national development strategy.
