Dress Code:

During the forum, men are requested to wear dark formal attire and a tie. Women are requested to wear plain-colored formal attire.

Attendance ID:

When attending activities arranged by the forum, please wear your Attendance ID. The ID should not be lent to others. If it is lost or damaged, please contact the registration center immediately.

Accommodation and Dining Arrangements:

1. Hotels:

During the forum, four designated hotels have been arranged for the participants, namely the Nansha Garden Hotel, Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Nansha, Nansha Grand Hotel, and the Sheraton Guangzhou Nansha Hotel.

2. Hotel Information Desk:

The accommodation period for the hotels is from May 20th to May 23rd. An information desk will be set up at the hotels to provide related services, including accommodation, transportation, medical assistance, and conference inquiries.

3. Dining Services:

The GSF organizing committee will provide buffets for participants at their respective hotels. Please present your meal vouchers at the designated location.

Meal Times:

Breakfast: 7:30-9:30

Lunch: 12:00-14:00

Dinner: 18:00-21:00

Please note that on-site arrangements will take precedence if there are any adjustments.
