Huang Hui
Huang Hui is dean of the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University. She is a leading talent in the "National 10,000 Talents Plan", as well as in science and technology innovation of the young and middle-aged group, and a recipient of the Excellent Young Scientists Fund organized by the National Natural Science Fund (NSFC).
She is committed to research in computer graphics, focusing on cutting-edge research areas such as 3D acquisition and multi-source fusion, geometric modeling and shape analysis, intelligent perception and scene understanding.
For six consecutive years, Huang and her young team have published innovative results at SIGGRAPH, which is known as the Oscar of Graphics, making Shenzhen University better known in the international graphics research field.
Achievements:
Huang has published 72 papers in top journals and conferences, authorized 22 US patents and 52 Chinese patents, registered 63 software copyrights, and built 10 industry application demonstration service platforms. She has led or completed 20 key national and provincial projects.
She was awarded the first prize in natural science by the China Computer Federation (CCF).
