Qi Kailiang

Qi Kailiang is an associate professor with a doctorate in Engineering. He is currently affiliated with Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute. Qi has been involved in various research projects and initiatives, including leading two key research and development projects funded by the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Department, contributing to the formulation of one local standard in Shaanxi province. He led a special research project supported by the Shaanxi Provincial Education Department and a key research and development project under the Xianyang Municipal Science and Technology Bureau.

Qi has received two third-class awards for scientific and technological accomplishments from the Shaanxi Provincial Education Department. He has also been granted four invention patents and eight utility model patents. Additionally, he has published four SCI papers and 10 core papers, as well as serving as the chief editor of two textbooks for the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20). Qi has been honored as one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youth" and "Young and Middle-aged Leading Talents in Scientific and Technological Innovation" in Xianyang, Shaanxi province.
