Zhang Xiaowei
Zhang Xiaowei, a member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), specializes in cloud computing resource scheduling, large-scale workflow scheduling, and middleware technologies. He has worked at Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, and the Jixi Municipal People's Government in Heilongjiang province. Zhang has led the construction of the digital government project in Jixi city and participated in research projects such as the "Key Technologies for Network Integrated Scheduling of Distributed Multi-objective Collaborative Manufacturing" of NSFC.
Since July 2022, he has been serving as an assistant researcher at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Aerospace Information Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he also serves as the director of the Science and Technology Office and chairman of the Labor Union. He is primarily responsible for research management and research in areas such as intelligent manufacturing and data processing across the institute.
