Li Ting

Li Ting is the executive vice president and chief expert of the New Generation Information Technology Industry Research Institute of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the secretary of the CIE blockchain sub-committee, the deputy secretary of the electronic information branch of Industry Steering Council of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Li is a senior engineer and graduated from Renmin University of China with a doctorate in Industrial Economics. He served as the director of the Research and Consulting Center of CIE, the planning director of China Academy of Industrial Internet, the director of informatization advancing department of MIIC, the vice president of China Center for Information Industry Development.

Li has rich experience in practice and research in the field of digital economy and digital transformation. He has deeply involved in the preparation of national strategies and plannings at provincial and ministral levels, in several fields such as digital economy, industrial internet, new-generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing and robotics. His research achievements have been recognized with the Second Award of the China Electronic Information Science and Technology.
