GSF to collaborate with innovation associations
The Secretariat of the Greater Bay Area Scientific Forum had fruitful discussions with the Macao Innovation and Invention Association and the Greater Bay Area Innovation and Invention Association on Nov 23, marking a significant step towards future collaboration.
The Macao Innovation and Invention Association and the Greater Bay Area Innovation and Invention Association were established in 2004 and 2019, respectively. Both are non-profit science popularization organizations that are registered in Macao.
The meeting primarily focused on preparations for the 2024 Greater Bay Area Scientific Forum and the promotion of science popularization.
Both parties expressed a strong desire to enhance exchange and cooperation in the fields of youth science education and innovative inventions. Additionally, they aim to jointly promote the cultivation of young scientists and share science and technology resources.
The discussion also highlighted the importance of fostering collaboration between the forum and innovative organizations in Hong Kong and Macao. In the future, the forum will encourage more scientific and technological organizations to participate in related activities.
Through this collaboration, the GSF also aims to strengthen ties with innovation associations. The outcome of this promising partnership will accelerate the transformation of the Greater Bay Area into a globally recognized hub for scientific research and innovation.
