South China's Guangdong province, part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, is expected to host the Sub-Forum on Big Science Program Projects and International Cooperation in Guangzhou, the provincial capital, from Nov 15 to 16, as part of a series of events related to this year's Greater Bay Area Science Forum, which will take place from Nov 16 to 18 across the three regions.

The sub-forum, organized by the International Institute for Phronesis Medicine (IIPM), will run concurrently with the 2nd Global Summit of the π-HuB Project and the 2nd Meeting of its First International Council, focusing on the impact and driving force of international big science projects on global science and regional development.

Renowned experts from various fields including science, management, and policy-making will be invited to delve into opportunities and challenges in international cooperation, hot topics, and difficult issues in the era of big science.

The π-HuB Project is a long-term mission to create a comprehensive understanding of the human body at the molecular level through proteomics.
