Greater Bay Area Science Forum holds AI office empowerment training

The Greater Bay Area Science Forum Secretariat hosted a training session titled "Empowering Daily Work with Artificial Intelligence: From Tool Application to Intelligent Collaboration" in Nansha, Guangzhou, on Jan 21.

The event brought together representatives from the Nansha district technology bureau, education bureau, research institutions, enterprises, and teachers to explore the practical application of AI in office environments.

Guo Yuanwei, chief engineer of the Guangzhou Institute of Internet of Things, delivered a keynote speech, illustrating through case studies in education and research how AI has evolved from standalone tools to integrated collaborative systems. He highlighted AI's efficiency in document processing, decision-making, and knowledge management, while emphasizing the importance of data security and human-machine collaboration.

This training program is a key initiative of the forum to promote the integration of technology and industry, offering actionable solutions for digital transformation and supporting Nansha's "technology + education" ecosystem. Participants noted that the session deepened their understanding of AI trends and provided valuable insights for future intelligent upgrades.

Moving forward, the forum will continue to organize events focusing on cutting-edge fields like AI, contributing to the development of the Greater Bay Area into an international hub for technological innovation.
